AI Workflows for Teams
A two-day hands-on workshop for teams that pay for an AI assistant and want it doing real work.
- 01Claude
- 02ChatGPT
- 03Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Format
- Two days onsite, at your office
- Fee
- From ₦2,500,000
- Delivery window
- Monday, October 26 to Friday, December 11, 2026
Most organisations have paid for AI and are still waiting for the return
The licences are in place and the log-ins are up. The work itself looks the same as it did a year ago, and the people who approved the spend are starting to ask why.
What professionals face
- They use the assistant as a chat window: type a question, paste in data, tidy the answer by hand.
- They retype the same instructions every week, since nobody showed them how to save a method once.
- They copy data in and out, since the assistant has never been connected to the systems they work in.
- They distrust the output and redo the work themselves.
- Each person invents their own approach, and quality varies from desk to desk.
What team leads and management face
- Licence fees renew every month with no visible change in output.
- Usage reports count log-ins and say little about work completed.
- A few enthusiasts get strong results, and their methods stay on their own laptops.
- Staff paste company data into personal accounts, outside any policy.
- Training so far has been a webinar on prompting, with nothing built by the end.
A practical two-day workshop, with a diagnostic session one week before and a check-in two weeks after
What each participant leaves with
- 1A skill built for one of their own recurring tasks, tested on real work
- 2Connectors set up to the systems that task depends on
- 3One task running end to end, scheduled where it repeats
- 4A method for checking AI output before it leaves their desk
- 5A one-page guide to handling personal and sensitive data in AI tools
Your company keeps a shared library of every skill built in the session.
How the programme runs
1
Diagnostic session
One week before · Online · 90 minutes
We meet your nominated participants, review how each person uses the assistant today and agree the task each will build for. Your IT admin confirms licences and features.
2
Day one
Onsite at your office · Full day
The shared method, in four modules: from chat window to working assistant, building skills, connecting your data and working safely with company data.
3
Day two
Onsite at your office · Full day
Role clinics, in four modules: your own workflow, handing over the whole task, putting it on a schedule, and demonstration and team library.
4
Two-week check-in
Two weeks after · Online · 60 minutes
We review what each person has put to use, fix what stalled and agree the next skills to build.
Tasks worth bringing: Monthly board pack, Client meeting brief, New role hiring pack, Weekly reorder plan, Campaign performance readout, Tailored client proposal.
The eight modules
Day one: the shared method
1.From chat window to working assistant
See one task done two ways: typed into a chat, then run as a workflow. Give the assistant standing context on your role, your company and your standards.
2.Building skills
Turn a recurring task into a skill the assistant runs on request. Test the skill on real work and refine it. Share it so colleagues get the same result.
3.Connecting your data
Set up connectors to the systems you work in, e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Google Drive or HubSpot. Learn what the assistant can reach under your existing permissions.
4.Working safely with company data
With reference to the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Sort information into three groups: safe to share, share after anonymising, never share. Swap names and account numbers for placeholders, mask identifiers such as BVN and phone numbers, and summarise individual records into totals. Work in company accounts with approved connectors. Keep a person responsible for every output that leaves the team.
Day two: role clinics
5.Your own workflow
Build a skill for the task agreed in your diagnostic session, with a facilitator beside you. Connect it to the data it needs.
6.Handing over the whole task
Give the assistant the full task and receive a finished file. Check the output against your own standard before it leaves your desk.
7.Putting it on a schedule
Set the task to run every week or month where it repeats. Decide what the assistant completes alone and what waits for your approval.
8.Demonstration and team library
Demonstrate your workflow to the group. Add your skill to your company's shared library.
Each of these tools already does far more than most teams ask of it
Each workshop covers one assistant. Choose the one your team already uses.
01 Claude
Claude can work on your files, reach your business systems and return finished documents. Most teams have only used the chat box.
- Each participant builds
- One skill for their own recurring task, the connectors it needs, and one Cowork task that runs on a schedule.
- What your team needs
- A Claude Team or Enterprise seat for each participant, plus the Claude desktop app for work on local files.
02 ChatGPT
ChatGPT Business can draw on your company's own knowledge, act inside your connected apps and run agents on a schedule. Most teams use it to rewrite emails.
- Each participant builds
- One skill for their own recurring task, the apps it needs, and one agent or scheduled task that runs it.
- What your team needs
- ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. Your workspace admin switches on some of these features, and we confirm that in the diagnostic session.
03 Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot already sits inside the Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams your staff open every day. With Copilot Cowork it now carries a full task from start to finish.
- Each participant builds
- One skill for their own recurring task, connected to the Microsoft 365 data it needs, and one Cowork task that completes it end to end.
- What your team needs
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for each participant. Copilot Cowork is off by default, so your IT admin switches it on and sets the spending limit. We cover this in the diagnostic session.
TIT is independent of Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft.
