About the Programme

The Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP) is a government-backed workforce development initiative designed to close the digital skills gap facing Nigerian professionals and graduates. The programme focuses on AI-Augmented Data Analytics, one of the most in-demand skill sets across financial services, FMCG, telecoms, and public sector organisations.

Participants will gain hands-on proficiency in data tools used daily in the Nigerian workplace, while learning how to integrate AI assistants into their analysis workflows to increase speed and accuracy. The programme concludes with a real-sector capstone project that participants can include in their professional portfolios.

The TSDP is jointly sponsored by the Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA) and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), and is delivered by Techlytics Institute of Technology.
